After filling out the New Patient Forms, you will meet with our Chiropractor for a complimentary consultation. During your consultation, we hope to address your current concerns! The doctor will review your medical history to understand your medical needs and recommend a treatment plan that is specific to you. Next, you will meet our friendly staff who will assist you with any questions you might have regarding your insurance plan along with helping you schedule your future visits. Once you consent to treatment, our doctor will perform an exam and proceed with recommended therapies.
